EepyBird is a group of self-described “mad scientists” that provide “entertainment for the curious mind.” EepyBird became an Internet sensation in 2006 when their video “Extreme Diet Coke & Mentos Experiments” went viral. More than 100 two-litter Diet Coke and 500 Mentos were used to create a choreographed video of Diet Coke geysers. The group has since appeared on “The Late Show with David Letterman,” “Ellen,” “The Today Show,” and “Mythbusters,” and has performed around the world. In addition to the Coke and Mentos experiments that made them famous, EepyBird experiments with everyday items such as sticky notes and shampoo and encourages curious minds to try their experiments at home.
