Never heard of ‘em? Well, you should. The Power Racing Series is a crazy beautiful blend of ingenuity and smarts. It is a mix between the creativity of a Boy Scout’s Derby Race and the craziness that occurs during Mario Kart (even with real bananas at times!).
But despite the craziness that can go on, the Power Racing Series is at its core about engineering, technology, diversity and imagination.
The rules to compete in the Series are a maximum budget of $500 and a Power Wheel with no original motor or battery. Racers, of all ages, from around the country restructure and redesign these Power Wheels to compete. People even wear/create costumes to go along with their themed Power Wheel.
